"I have had my last 3 dogs groomed at Scotgroom, a cairn terrier an irish setter and currently an english setter, their skill, knowledge and expertise is second to none. Agnes Christine and Colin have such high standards and wonderful customer care, both to dog and owner. Many times I have gone there and had support for other issues not even dog related, they are always willing to listen and offer advice or a shoulder to cry on. There is no other company I have found whose staff have proper industry recognised qualifications. My dog always looks absolutely gorgeous when he is trimmed and I have had people stop me in the street to ask where he was groomed."

"I have had two Westies and a Bichon Frise groomed at Scotgroom for seven years. The old Westie was treated with such care as he reached his final year of 16. The other two are nervous dogs and have been handled so well that a visit to Scotgroom is no longer stressful. I have been stopped and asked where I get my Westie groomed as her appearance is much admired. Last week I took a friend's Westie who had been groomed elsewhere for 13 years, to Scotgroom and he got the best cut he has ever had.
